The general meeting minutes are recorded and updated by the current Secretary (or board member when Secretary is unavailable), and approved by the general meeting attendees.

General meeting minutes are approved at the following month's general meeting and will not be posted until approved (i.e., January meeting minutes will be approved at the February meeting and later uploaded).
