Forms for Teachers
Reimbursement Form
Teachers, use this form to submit a reimbursement request. Download it, save it, then email the form with pics of receipts to treasurer@satocommunity.org. PLEASE NOTE Paper reimbursement requests will no longer be processed and digital form requested.
Request For Funding (RFF) Form
Teachers, use this form to submit a Request for Funds. Download it, fill it out then email a digital copy(scan or picture) of the form to president@satocommunity.org. PLEASE NOTE Paper Request for Funds will no longer be processed and digital form requested.
RFF approval process - 2022- When the budget allows, funds may be allotted to a Teacher Grants line-item. Teachers may submit a Request for Funds for a special project to be voted on at the next SECO General meeting. If it is an upcoming cost before the general meeting, it can be voted on via email with the board if under $300. Any request over $300 shall be voted on in a general meeting.
