SECO BOARD FOR THE 2026/2027 SCHOOL YEAR
We are still in need of a Co-VP of Events and a VP of Fundraising.
SECO is looking for board members and committee members for next school year, and we need your help to keep our programs going strong. Please review the board position details below or learn more about our committees here to learn how you can get involved.
Without parent volunteers stepping up to help lead and organize, events like the Halloween Party, Raccoon Run, Glow Party, and Movie Nights may be CANCELLED next year.

THANK YOU POPCORN SPONSORS AND VOLUNTEERS!
Thank you to everyone who purchased a popcorn sponsorship this year. A special shoutout to the families who chose a Help a Class Sponsorship. Your generosity ensured that TEN classrooms throughout the year were able to enjoy popcorn without students having to bring money to school to purchase it.
Because of the support of our Sato community, 100% of classrooms received popcorn sponsorships for the 2025-2026 school year. Thank you for helping make this program available to all students!
We would also like to thank our amazing volunteers. From setup and popping to distribution and cleanup, your time and dedication make this fun program possible. We couldn't bring this special treat to our students and staff without your help!

2026 RACCOON RUN LOGO DESIGN COMPETITION
SECO is excited to once again host a 4th Grade Raccoon Run Logo Design Contest!
Our 4th grade students have submitted their creative logo designs, and each classroom has voted to select their favorite. We are now collecting votes from all grade classes and this year's winning design will be revealed during the assembly on the last day of school!
Thank you to all of our 4th grade students who participated in this year's contest. We were so impressed by the creativity and effort shown in every submission. Congratulations to our finalists, and good luck!

DONATIONS FOR STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK AND SPRING CONFERENCES
Thank you to all of our families who donated supplies, treats, or funds to help make Staff Appreciation Week and our Spring Conference Dinner a success!
Because of your generosity, our staff felt truly appreciated, celebrated, and supported. We are so grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive school community. Thank you for helping us show our amazing staff just how much they mean to us! Here's a few photos from Staff Appreciation Week. We couldn't have done it without you!

FIELD DAY VOLUNTEERS
A huge thank you to all of our Field Day volunteers!
Thanks to more than 100 volunteers, our students enjoyed an incredible day filled with fun activities. Field Day is one of our students' favorite events each year, and it simply would not be possible without the support of our amazing volunteers.
A special thank you to our first-shift volunteers who braved the rain to help keep the fun going. We would also like to recognize and thank our middle school and high school volunteers who generously gave their time to help make the day a success.
We are so grateful for every volunteer who helped with activities, supervision, and cleanup. Your time, energy, and enthusiasm helped create a wonderful experience for our students. We couldn't have done it without you!

As we wrap up another wonderful school year, we want to thank our students, families, staff, and volunteers for making it such a success. Your support, generosity, and involvement help make our school community truly special.
We hope you have a fun, relaxing, and well-deserved summer break. We look forward to another great year ahead and hope to have your continued support during the 2026-2027 school year.
If you are interested in volunteering, joining a committee, helping with events, or learning more about SECO, we would love to hear from you. Every volunteer makes a difference, and we are always looking for new ways to get families involved.
Thank you again for a fantastic year!
