Halloween Party
THURSday OCTOBER, 26th 6:30pm
Join Sato for our Fall Halloween Party Fundraiser! Enjoy Music, Dance, Costume Parade, Prizes and activities there is lots of fun for the whole family!
We have limited tickets available and food, drinks and party supplies can be pre-purchased.
Families are encouraged to donate candies at the Candy donation box placed at Sato Front Entrance between now and event day during school hours.
Our previous events have been very successful due to parent volunteers helping us, so if you are able to, please sign up to help HERE! Please note students must be supervised at all times, and there is no food in the gym so snacks and drinks much be kept at the tables in the cafeteria.
Benevity - employer match for donations plus volunteer hours.
Working Parents check your employer’s policies towards matching donations and volunteer hours to charities. This additional income goes a long way to our fundraising efforts.

We are in need of volunteers to help volunteer at our Sato events. Help make our events a success and raise money for our school. Click here to sign up.
More volunteering opportunities are periodically added throughout the school year in our portal. Please register and have your background check completed to sign up for these.

As we are completing our first Art Lit project for this year, we are having our next training (for the artist Peter Carl Fabergé) on October 25th at 7:00 p.m. at Sato Cafeteria. We’d love to see you there!

Conference dinner is back! We’ve had the tradition of Sato Families contributing to dinner for our staff to enjoy on the evening of conferences (that now falls on Tuesday Nov 7th) . After teaching students all day and then jumping into conferences with families, this is a long day for our teachers!

friday OCTOBER, 20th
Our next Popcorn Friday is nearing! Students have the opportunity to purchase a bag of popcorn during their lunch for $1. There is also an option for families to “sponsor” a classroom for $25. That means that every student in that class will get popcorn during their lunchtime. We still have many classes waiting to be sponsored. We've been very successful at having the whole school sponsored in the past, so we hope to keep that going.
