This will last for two weeks and is open after hours on Wednesdays, and during conferences. Setup is April 15th and breakdown is April 26th. To sign up for any of the shifts available, please click the “Current Opportunities” link above.

Scholastic is offering a new feature this year: introducing the eWallet! This feature allows you to load money safely and securely into an eWallet for your student to use at the Book Fair. You get to set a limit, and you no longer need to worry about remembering to give them cash to bring to school. To watch the short video about eWallet, please click HERE

Also, here is the link to the Sato Elementary Scholastic Book Fair where you can see the schedule, shop the book fair online, and sign up for eWallet: Sato Elementary Book Fair Website!

Conference Dinner for Staff - Wednesday, April 17th, 5 pm
We will be doing our “Dinner for Teachers/Staff” again on Wednesday, April 17th! The signup is live and will be the same as fall conferences. If you would like to signup to bring a meal for our teachers and staff, please click the SignUp Genius link below:

Steam Closet Cleanout: Our STEAM teacher, Mrs. Knight, has asked for some volunteer help with cleaning and organizing the STEAM room. She's hoping for some help this coming Thursday, April 18th. Since it's a No School day, it would be easier because the room needs to be emptied out into the hallway and then put back together. She said a couple 2 hours shifts sometime between 10-6 that day would work. If you are available and willing, please email me back so we can coordinate together and nail down a more specific timeframe.

As always, thank you so much for volunteering your time!

~A few reminders~

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. Most of these events rely solely on the help of volunteers. If you are unable to make your shift, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can try to fill your spot.

We cannot remove volunteers from our system. To be removed please email update_volunteer_locations@beaverton.k12.or.us
